Typically violations will follow the below procedure for each infraction This is subject to change based on severity of the infraction and admin discretion.

------------------------------------  GENERAL RULES ------------------------------------

 

• Ignorance of the rules is not an acceptable excuse to avoid punishment.

• No toxicity of any kind is tolerated.

• No racial jokes or jokes about sexuality, political views, mental or physical disabilities. This includes inappropriate player, and tribe names.

• No trolling, harassing, spamming chat or poaching players!

• No NSFW chat in game

• Exploiting and hacking will not be tolerated. If what you are doing feels like it shouldn’t be possible or shortcuts ARK processes it most likely is an exploit.

• Do not abuse alliances or betray your tribe. You must wait a minimum of three days after leaving an alliance/tribe before being able to take any raiding action against a tribe and/or alliance.

• Steam names and player names must be readily identifiable. (i.e. no generic “human” player names or “123” steam names). Tribe names, character names, and alliances must be consistent across the cluster.

• 12 man tribe limit with one alliance.

------------------------------------ BUILDING RULES ------------------------------------

 

• NO BLOCKING RESOURCE SPAWNS / BOSS CAVES / ETC

• No spamming of structures. If your base is causing excessive lag to players you will be asked to reduce your structure count.

 

------------------------------------PVP------------------------------------

 

• This is a PvPvE Server which means there is an expectation of RELAXED PvP. While yes PvP is allowed and is encouraged to a degree, please do not make other players feel as if they are being forced off the server.

• While engaging in PvP, the goal is to have fun, if its obvious that you are making a player feel targeted, you are probably overdoing it.

• The Staff expects players to try and work things out together, if this cannot be done, then please submit a ticket and we will review what has transpired. If their is clear evidence that a player has made it known that they are feeling targeted, or harassed, and the offending tribe or player has continued there behavior the Staff will take action.

• NO killing passives at bases. Regardless if they're on passive protect or not.

• 15 minute timer on caging/handcuffing someone. After 15 minutes is up if the player is asked to be set free, you must either kill them, or set them free.

 

------------------------------------RAIDING------------------------------------

 

• Raiding is allowed

• Raiding a tribe that has significantly less progression then you is not allowed. For example, a TEK tribe raiding a stone tribe, Or a tribe that has a fully established metal base, raiding someone that is CLEARLY just getting metal. Use common sense.

• 1 Raid per tribe or 2 raids per alliance per 24 hours, with a maximum of 3 raids per tribe per week.

• After you raid a tribe, your tribe will have a raid cool-down of 24 hours. This cool-down starts at the end of your tribes raid. (If an alliance raids together, then both tribes get a 24 hour cool-down)

• No chain raiding. If you raid a tribe, and you schedule to have your ally raid that same tribe the next day, this will result in punishment

• Maximum damage caused by a raid cannot exceed 50% on the first raid of a tribe.

• Do not wipe a tribe the first raid. Give the tribe a chance at amnesty. If the percentage of damage is disputed the attacking tribe must provide before and after photos or video as evidence.

• No hot-swapping players. DO NOT swap players back and forth between tribes for raiding purposes. This is not allowed at all.

 

------------------------------------ AMNESTY RULES ------------------------------------

• You may not raid the base of a tribe protected by amnesty

• Post your amnesty request via the ticket system. #ticket

• Significant base penetration must have occurred to request amnesty. There must be a breach and penetration of an actual walled defended base to qualify.

• Raid amnesty can be applied for by the defender.

• Raid amnesty is 3 days and is cluster-wide with a 7 day cooldown.

• Raiding during YOUR amnesty is allowed, however in doing so you forfeit the remainder of your amnesty while keeping your 7 day amnesty cooldown. You may defend your allies while under amnesty.

 

------------------------------------ ALTERNATIVE AMNESTY ------------------------------------

 

• Vacation amnesty can be applied for, up to a maximum of 10 days. New Tribe amnesty may be requested for a total of 3 days
